FreeKI Games Launches Trivia!
Recently on FreeKI Games, we launched a new trivia system! Many Wizard101 and Pirate101 players rejoiced because of the prize associated with passing a trivia quiz… Crowns!
Here at KingsIsle, we were excited about the implementation of trivia for many different reasons. We thought it would give players a chance to stretch their brains and perhaps learn about new topics. Doesn’t everyone have a niche field that they know a lot about? As trivia continues to grow and we add more and more quizzes, we hope that every player can login to FreeKI Games and see a trivia topic that makes them go, “Oh! I know a lot about that!”
Plus let’s be honest… we knew that our players would be really excited about earning Crowns! With every trivia quiz that you pass with a 75% score or higher, KingsIsle will award 10 Crowns directly to your account. There is a limit of 10 trivia quizzes you can take per day, which means that if you pass all your quizzes you could earn 100 Crowns a day!
We love how this gives our players an additional opportunity to get access to Crowns, especially knowing that it can be hard for many young Wizards or Pirates to gain access to premium areas of the game or purchase some Crown Shop items otherwise.

I think it would be pretty easy to include math quizzes for most grade levels – kids of all ages beneft from practicing their addition and subtraction facts sometimes 😉 My son learned a ton about percentages as a first grader when he started playing W101 from the gear and spells! I like the spelling quizzes, but my kids like the more popular topics like space and sports.
I think it’s an AWESOME idea! I love trivias so I think it’s perfect 🙂
I love it because i can pvp more also my favorite trivia is Basketball and Ninth grade vocabulary because it helps me get ready for the ninth!!
i really like it beacues the ones that are not members can get crowns and use them to unlock worlds!!! So I LOVE it!!!!
i think you should make more wizard101 quizzes because the pirate quiz number over rules it by a lot. maybe do one for each world. i like that you gave people a chance to earn crowns 😀
I’ve been playing trivia for 2 days from now and if I have to choose, the ones I like the most are Wizard101 Magical Trivia and KingsIsle Trivia! I just love Wizard101 and I think it’s really cool that there’s a ton of trivia on both Wizard101 and Pirate101! Besides the Habitats Trivia, I hope there will be an animal or in-game pet trivia!
i think we should get more crowns because the quizzes take a nice amount of time
I think it needs to give more crowns, my son was doing it at first but than he saw it only gave him 10 crowns and he became uninterested.
I think there should be like a name that card trivia for example, what is red orange and has a sword

You guys should give more crowns the herder the difficulty, otherwise, it is awesome!
I love the idea, it’s fantastic! The amount is definitely too low if the goal is too help give players to gain access to premium areas in the game, or earn the wonderful items in the crown shop. I would love to see more trivia about books, history, mythology, and maybe not-so-common-knowledge.

I have multiple favourites trivia; the music, State capitals, Solar System, and horse (though I’m still a failure at that!).
For a new trivia I would like to see authors of books or composers of music. My younger sister and her friends barely pay attention to authors of composers and I think it would be a great execise for everyone to practise remembering important names.
I like the educational trivia. I think there should be a mathematical one.

The trivia is excellent. A wider variety of quizzes who be nice though since it can get repetitive each day. It’s not as fun when you do the same quiz over and over again. But still, if it’s for crowns, then who cares! If only it was more than 10 crowns though!
First off, I think this whole trivia thing is awesome. It allows players who don;t have access to crowns, access to crowns. I would like to see more sports quizzes, such as Ultimate Frisbee, Bowling, and Baseball. Thanks KingsIsle for providing us with this opportunity.
Kings Isle should really make the trivia less repetitive. Along with upping the ante on the crowns. For easy trivia’s, give at least 25 crowns, medium 45 crowns, and for the most difficult 100 crowns. Not only does it make more people want to play, it would also generate more income for the franchise. In terms of getting more people to sing up and become members. Give them something to look forward to. Show them you appreciate their contribution when it comes playing the game.

i think there should be an increase of how many crowns you earn per quiz like 50? or 25

History, geography, mathmatics, canine and feline identification,, identifying different types of animals, reptiles, fish, mammals oh I could go on forever. Way to go KI!! Liz
I would enjoy seeing a music trivia because everyone loves music and i play guitar….
Great, but is there a way to make it so that the tests get harder every time you take them, so it’s not just shooting fish in a barrel for smart people like me?
I absolutely love that there is a way to earn crowns for free! I do have one complaint regarding a question in the “Solar System” trivia, however. Saturn is famous for its _. Technically speaking, two answers are correct. Rings is acceptable because that is the shape, but every particle forming the rings is a moon, so technically speaking “Rings” and “Moons” are both correct answers. Sorry for geeking out 🙂

The music quiz is the best ! The first one I got a perfect 12 on, actually . The Solar System one confused me at first (didn’t know rather or not you considered Pluto to be a planet, because some people do and some people don’t) . The famous people and world leaders is pretty good, and the weather . The Wizard101 Magic quiz was a bit challenging, but I like it . Keep it up, if you make some more . ^.^
Now just make it an Android app and it would be perfect!

I LOVE the Solar System Trivia! My only concern is that there are always the same questions and now I think i memorized all the answers– which doesn’t really make it that fun. 😦
Super way to get crowns and learn facts by repetition. Please put more states’ trivia so we can learn about them in a fun way, too. Kids are learning how to look up facts and they learn more than just the answers to the quiz. The spelling, vocabulary, and punctuation are great too. As a grandparent, I have even enjoyed refreshing my skills I learned in school years ago. My grand children (who got us into w101) are loving getting crowns to use for henchmen and are planning other uses for them as they gain more. Thank you very much for providing crowns without real-money cost, and in such a fun way! We are very impressed with Wizard101, and we notice your teams upgrade graphics, actions of creatures and spells, appearance of objects, and numerous other things to make the game more fun and attractive, so thank you for those constant upgrades that keep the game fresh.

I think this is great! People can learn things while earning crowns for there characters. 😀 it’s just great specially for people like me who can’t get crowns every day XD but now i can!!!!!
yea i love the solar system trivia but sometime the page doesnt load.. n its been three days now. the trivia doesnt load at all.. and some of my friends having the same problem. i hope you guys fix this problem soon (:

I think it’s AWESOME!!! It helps you get smarter about everyday things, and gives everyone who plays either Pirate or Wizard 101 an equal opportunity to earn crowns, for those of us who can’t purchase crowns or game cards, and gives us the chance to advance in the games. EXCELLENT IDEA!! ❤ ❤ ❤ 😀
wizard city trivia is tooo easy i win evry time i know all about it i stay there
i wish if you win trivia you get more then 10 crowns just talking like 100 crown max

i like triivia cuz i can earns crowns.I ike solar system and basketball trivia.But truly i get tierd for other trivias cuz there is always same questions.I hope that questions gona change sometime.

I think the trivia for crowns is a great idea! I can’t always buy crowns, so this helps me to save little by little in order to get some cool items from the crown shop. Way to go, W101! Also, I agree with above commenters that harder quizzes might offer a little more rewards. Just a thought…and my favorite quizzes are the Vocabulary quizzes. I’m an English nerd 😛 !
I would love for there to be at least 15 crowns per trivia or if not that then I would love for a 70% rate and 10 questions instead of 12.
I love the trivia and that we can get crowns from it, i don’t have the money to buy them so this is an easy way for me to earn them.
I have really enjoyed the quiz system, if Kingsisle continues to release new educational quizzes over new subjects they can implement tons of knowledge into young kids heads.

i love the trival 😀 especially when you can earn crowns!But some of the question are way too hard like the wizard101 magical trival what colour is the door in the boys dormroon the girls will not know.Lucky i boy
