Your Favorite Year of Wizard101 – Blaze AshBlade
Today we have a great entry from our Birthday Blog Celebration Contest. Blaze AshBlade, Level 27 Wizard tells us all about his favorite year of Wizard101 – 2014!
I have been playing for only a couple of months and have yet to see a game like Wizard101. The game has suspense, twists and turns. Right from when you defeat the draconians in Golem tower to when you beat Morganthe, the game has been absolutely, positively brilliant.
To answer the question that which year was your favourite, I cannot say. Amazing content has been released all the way from 2008 till 2014. But I think 2014 has been the pinnacle of Wizard101. So let’s go back and take a look to what 2014 has brought!
MARCH- DUNGEON RECALL, FIRE WIZARD’S HEALTH AND FIRE ELF
I had started playing in March and only a few days after I started playing, I noticed something or rather some things which had changed. My health. It had increased a bit. But that “bit” has saved my life quite a few times. Fire Elf. Mob battles were now extremely easy.
But now for the biggest one. Wait for it… DUNGEON RECALL! I am pretty sure you will not find a single wizard to whom dungeon recall is not helpful. I got stuck on a boss and was defeated and suddenly getting defeated wasn’t as depressing as it was. I would keep praising dungeon recall but that would take up hours so let’s look at the next wonderful month.
APRIL-KHRYSALIS PART 2, LEVEL HUNDRED, PETS AND SO MUCH MORE CONTENT
Khrysalis became my favourite world. I teleported there to one of my friends who was in Crescent Beach and even the music there speaks of the grand world of Khrysalis. Part 2 has so much stuff from Blue Razors to Morgantheherself that I could write a book about it but April had a lot of other stuff too which I massively and “Massively” enjoyed.
The coolest pets I had ever seen came in and they were tremendous. I spent all my gold on hatching and those pets, particularly the Sun Serpent, have been simply amazing both in talents and looks. Shadow spells, immensely powerful and dangerous too. People might even say it’s overpowered and should not be allowed in PVP.
And how can I forget castle games especially food fight. I think that castle games were one of the best ways I made friends and definitely it was one of the best updates.
JULY-FISHING
So if you have finished the game or want an easy way to earn gold or craft tapestries, fishing is for you. I loved fishing it was simply amazing, the Gobbler fish and Warhammerhead Shark were awesome and elixirs came with fishing too. Fishing was one of the most enjoyable updates and a good way to spend time when I had nothing to do.
AND FINALLY SEPTEMPER-BIRTHDAY!
Gobbler fish, free rewards and decorations. It’s all festive in the spiral so I, for one really enjoyed the birthday and put my energy gear on and went to fish and what’s this? A free fishing elixir. And they brought back the lost pages event which is awesome. Overall a ten out of ten rating from me. And finally to end it here’s a bit of poetry:
In March came dungeon recall
So that dead wizards don’t feel small
Then Khrysalis Part Two came out
With Morganthe’s battle came happiness
From East ,North ,West and South
Shadow Magic was for sore eyes a sight
And Fishing was more than alright
So now I and the World, we say
Wizard101 and KingsIsle

when I didn’t have friends I was so bored and alone that I had nobody to talk to but for a years later I found this game wizard101 and it brightened up my day I had a lot of friends that I never talk to but by the time I stopped playing for a bit I kind of had a little bit of friends because they would leave or removing me as a friend. but all of a sudden this guy name Miguel Dragon heart asked to be his friend so I accepted it was great I but he was kind of cute too. so I always talk to him and I was really happy that I had at least one friend, but now since years past now I have more friends and they will always asked me to join there group and they help me too. I will never want to be lonely again because im where I am now 🙂
My favorite year was also 2014 because of khrysalis part 2, fishing, and dungeon recall! I liked the way that we all could reach level 100! i remember about dungeon recall. Also, i really liked fishing. I really liked fishing because i could catch fish that are rare, but also epic! Keep up the good work! The game had suspense, lots of fun stuff, like pet training. Keep it up :). But Then, i liked the music in battles.

my favorite year of wizard101 was the year of 2014! during gaming,It was like myself entered the game. I traveled though wizard city all the way to dragonspyre! wow! I also loved gaining new spells and receiving treasure cards. I loved obtaining amulets,robes,hats,boots,and anthames that gave spells,to! I am so close to the end of chasing malistaire throughout the spiral.I just need to do the crystal grove,the forums,getting a drake egg,then heading into the great spyre to defeat the one and only Malistaire!
So as you can you can see,all the things that I mentioned above is what happened during the year of 2014. I think wizard101 should be the number 1 game in the World! This was my favorite year of wizard101
its fun going on the quest to find malistaire LOL!
My favorite year was probably when Zafaria came out. It was so much fun with all the new additions added. Wizard101 has changed over the years and easily for the better -Marcus ice
My favorite year is the year when i started to play wizard101!
My friend show me that game and I loved it when i saw it!So cool graphics,quests,story!I love all the six years!They were great.
Now I am 18 level and I am going to cooler quests!
I love the game because I have pets,dragons.panther and so many things, but I really loved the update when fish came!I was fishing all the time!
Now I only want to defeat Malistaire!So help me with that!

Favorite year? Hmm.. i really couldn’t pick just one because i loved all of them!! I guess i will have to pick this past year because of all the new awsome updates. Like the fishing, and the new places (even though im couldn’t go to them i went on YouTube and watched people walk around the places). I don’t remember which year you made the greek place, but i love that place so much!!
I really liked that you can be members and why is that you can go to different towns and city’s and also my favourite time of the year is the year when I started to play wizard101! My favourite is also that my friends were so nice to me and I am level 2, 3 or 4 and the game is it is so AWSOME! I like it more than pirate101 it’s so cool!

I love wizard101 I made it to level 16 it is so awesome to get so far
i really love the hunted cave. its so cool the scare crows are cool looking! i love too hunt them down lol there so much fun and goofy little characters are so cool and so cool looking clothing i have so much fun! it a cool game the best! you rock wizard 101 you rock!

Hello, My account is Wii327 i have had a great year playing Wizard101 it is a fantastic games. IT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST GAMES I HAVE PLAYED IN SO LONG THAT I JUST WANT TO PLAY ALL DAY! I am a level 65 fire wizard and he pretty good. This game is a great online experience and the servers are great. Only my connection loses them they never lose me. So far it has been a great year I just want it to keep going I also want to say happy Birthday to Kingsile.
It has been a great experience writing this and talking about Wizard101. I hope you guys come out with more awesome stuff and even better bundles i would want a bundle with decent resist, critical, and A ton of life. Again i would like to graduate Kingsile on there 6 birthday. I hope we have many more. I love playing this game like i have said so many times but I cant stop saying it. This game is great and i would like to thank all the creators and designers or anyone that had to do with the making or doing of the game. Without this game it would of been a long summer but this game made in relaxing and enjoyable.
I was able to play for a month or to and get my next crown armor i have the Dino bundle and Prehistoric bundle it has been a great summer playing Wizard101 i hope you guys come out with more great ideas that only make this game better. BTW the fishing update was really good they good good Xp and is fun to do. It can get aggravating sometimes when you lose a fish though/ But it has been nice writting to you and happy Birthday.
My favorite year of Wizard 101 is 2014 because now Kings isle added fishing in to Wizard 101.

Hi! I’m Sophia Sky, and my favorite year was/is 2014 so far. I’m happy that I didn’t miss Wizard101’s birthday this time, and this is actually my first in celebrating it! It’s been lots of fun, especially because my birthday’s in september. So it’s like a happy birthday to me and a happy birthday to KI! I’ve loved this game this year so far and i’m eager to know what other surprises KI has to offer this year. I bet it’ll be great! I’ve also missed out many other celebrations throughout the other years, and experiencing it this year feels like i’ve just started playing. I’ve been playing Wizard101 for about 5 years. I love how they created this game, and made the characters also. If wizards don’t have a membership, Wizard101 still lets them level up. But they have to pay to go to some places. I’m so glad that I joined Wizard101! I hope you are glad to If you joined Wizard101! Have a great time on Wizard101.
My favorite year of Wizard101 was 2014. 2014 was my favorite year because that when I met all my fun and exciting friends. They helped so much trough the Spiral and they are so much fun. I also got all my amazing pets, mounts, and my amazing house. My other favorite year was the year Wizard101 started. That’s when I first starting experiencing it. Thanks so much.

Hi! I’m Jack! I ave been playing wizard101 for about 2-3 years on and off. I absolutely love this game because of how creative and fun it is! So far I think my favorite year has been 2014 cause of the new shadow pips! I’m almost to the level where I can get them but when I can, I will be super excited! My favorite world is Avalon because everything looks so good and its a really fun time there! I love to play with my friends on the weekends and its a great game to just chill out and have fun! Personal I think this is my favorite game ever! I’m super excited for future updates and new adventures! Keep it up and Happy 6th Birthday!

I really love wizard 101 and my favorite holidays are Halloween and Valentines Day because i like how they decorate the world and how people come to sell stuff with crowns because the usually sell really REALLY cool things like pets and wands and all kinds of really cool things. I really like Halloween because i love the hat and pants and robe it looks so cool. I really love crowns because i want a whole bunch of things in the crown shop and i could buy hundreds places and things. I wonder how much crowns you need to buy ever single place. Also i love there birthdays they have because they put presents every were and if you open one you can get reagents, pet snacks and even mounts! Also i love how the decorate the world when its a birthday for wizard 101. Well thats it wizard 101 players. Oh yeah thx so so SO much wizard 101 creators this is the best game i have ever played. i really love wizard101 it was a very good fun family game and i really am exited when i get quest but i have no quest witch is sad well no quest its just no crowns which makes me sad but thanks for creating a beatuiful game.

My Favorite year is 2014 because of fishing.
My favorite year of wizard101 is when I got the world Grizzleheim in 2013. I really liked it since I could fight bears with my spell Ice Wyvern. I also liked when I went on a rainbow that led from the world gate to the ground. I always love teaming up with people to do dungeon and boss quests. What I also liked about that year was I got the bundle for the house Midway Estate. Then I had lots of fun decorating and remolding some of that house. Then I built an extra room for my house out of blocks I took out to make escape routes. Just around the corner of the extra room is a place fit for kings and queens! 2013 will probably always be my favorite year!
I started playing Wizard101 Last year and so i really liked that version and I’m still playing it and it’s an AWSOME game!

My years in wizard 101 have been very adventurous from buying a new home to defeating monsters in Triton avenue, Grizzelhiem, Krokitopia, Moo Shu, and many more. I started the game in 2008 and I am in level 15. My favorite year was when I was a member, I could do a lot more things then a usual wizard, I could go to different dungeons and new lands. I’m excited to soon be on level 20 to go back to Grizzelhiem. I had a lot of fun from going to dungeons to getting cool souvenirs. I also had a fun time from going on adventure with friends and other wizards to reaching a new level. I am excited for the many more years to come and many more accomplishments. Wizard 101 is a great game for young wizards to reach new goals, defeat monsters, and even complete new missions. I am glad I joined and glad to soon be in adventures.
My favorite year on wizard101 is when Khrysalis came out, because it was so fun going to finish the second arc of wizard101 and defeating Morganthe! We waited all this time and finally we get to defeat her in the year it came out! It is also a cool looking place. Cant wait for the next world!

When I first started playing wizard 101 i was so pleased with the graphics of the game. I like having the countdown on picking your attacks on battling. When ever i see my house i am so glad i had the time to get to level 20. I also love that you can go to all the places. I am happy that i had the chance to play the best game ever.

I really love that you can go fishing because you can get lots of gold and some fish are rare and fishing is not too easy and not too hard. I have fun fishing. I like fishing so much in real life and wizard101. I wish we could fish on Pirate101. I also made a youtube video about fishing. I really love wizard101. Its fun!
